Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rethink UX's website, products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rethink UX provides performance marketing, growth consulting and software products. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines for client engagements are set out in separate statements of work (SOWs).

Fees are payable per the SOW signed with each client. Late payments may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. Services may be paused if fees remain unpaid beyond 15 days of the due date.

All content, templates and frameworks developed by Rethink UX remain our intellectual property unless expressly assigned in the relevant SOW. Clients are granted a perpetual license to use deliverables for their own business purposes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement strictly confidential, and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethink UX's liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.

Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period defined in the SOW. Fees are payable for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
